My knees creak when I go down stairs or just bend them (no pain). Is there anything I can take to help this?

Occasionally we can have “air” trapped in our joints between collagen connective tissue, synovial fluid and bone cartilage, due to those tissues being stressed from injury, poorly aligned spinal posture or lack of exercise. Over time, the “creaking” from “pockets of air” that are trapped between the synovial fluid and joint tissues can breakdown the surrounding joint tissue and indicate a need for a natural joint support product such as our Joint Relief.
