How To Order Online
To view your current cart contents, or check out at any time, click the "Checkout" button located in the top menu bar. You will then see the contents of your current order and you can also modify any items' quantities. To delete an item entirely from your order, check the “Delete” button next to the item.
Coming Back to Your Order Later
If you do not have time to complete your order, you may leave the store and return to your order at a later time. In order to use this feature, "cookies" must be enabled in your browser.
If you are finished adding items to your order, click the "Checkout" button located in the top menu bar. You will be taken to the Checkout Page. Then, click the "Checkout Now” button at the bottom of the page.
You will see several screen for creating an account within our system. We recommend creating an account so that you can easily look up order information and to make placing future orders easier. You can then choose whether you should purchase as a consumer account or wholesale account. Please enter your billing information and submit it to us.
When finished reviewing your final order, click the "Place Order" button at the bottom of the page. Wait for the confirmation page to appear to be certain your order went through. In a few minutes, an email confirmation should appear in your mail box with the contents of your order. If you use a web-based e-mail system (like Hotmail or Yahoo), it may take several hours to receive this. If you do not receive the email, something may have gone wrong and the order may not have been processed correctly (these things sometimes happen on today's busy Internet), in which case you may want to contact us to verify receipt by emailing email@example.com, or call us at 1-800-489-HERB (4372).
